I have just now started on this plan, my idea is simple and not very ambitious really. I want to start by getting into good enough shape that I can start to exercise more intensely. This makes sense when you think about it. If you start out doing some crazy work outs, then you are very likely to injure yourself. I have been looking at the best ways to get on a diet too and doing a medifast and nutrisystem comparison for starters. Those are the two diet packages that have the biggest places at the table. You can do the same thing yourself though, the entire trick is to figure out what is going to work and how best to achieve what it is that you want to get done. It is a serious issue for me, since I think that I can lose the weight that I need to lose. However if I am not careful then it is going to be more than you can easily shed.
I figure that there is a real way to do this and that involves hard work and sacrifice. Then when you do get the weight off you get more of those things in order to keep the weight off. It is an easy thing to talk about, but getting it done is another thing entirely. The whole thing revolves around discipline, the willingness to make a plan and stick to it. For me I have to work out before I go to work or after I get back home. I am thinking that I need a back up plan for when it gets cold or when it is rainy, so I am going to clean out a space in the garage to put a treadmill or an exercise bike. I will find one at a yard sale I suppose.
